SHOWER-PROOF "WB" Clearkote is a 100% Acrylic Polymer Coating. It is designed as a clear gloss coat over Calbar Showerproof "WB" roof paints, where the flat finish of "WB" may be undesirable. Clearkote provides an additional protective coating which in most cases will extend the life of the color coat. It also maintains color integrity and aids in dirt pickup resistance. Three year exposure results show excellent durability with virtually no loss in appearance or film integrity. Clearkote dries to a tough, flexible clear gloss finish.

LIMITATIONS:
If you are applying Clearkote over any product besides Showerproof "WB", we strongly recommend that proper adhesion and compatability to your painting application be tested. Always keep the unused portion of paint in a closed container and in an area where there is no threat of freezing.
Precautions:
Weather and surface temperatures are critical when applying Calbar "WB" Clearkote.? Paint only when weather conditions are warm and dry.? Apply only at temperatures from 40 degrees F to 85 degrees F (air and surface).? Do not paint if rain is forecast within 48 hours of application.? Starting after 10 am and stopping 3 hours before the sun goes down gives the best results.? Moisture from the evening dew may cause an unsatisfactory appearance. Never paint over condensation.? Painting at temp-eratures above 85 degrees F will cause all coatings to dry too quickly, resulting in poor adhesion, flow and leveling.? Re-coating too quickly can delay thorough drying and cause bubbling and wrinkling.? Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for complete health and environmental information.
