Ryder
was building a new soccer field and these 30 year old storage buildings
were in a position where they would face the new bleachers. After their
restoration, there is no reason for concern.

Despite it's appearance, the roof was still salvageable.
The ridge was coated first using Calbar 10-520 rust inhibitive roof primer. Then the whole roof was primed again giving the ridge its second coat of primer.
